All digital products are delivered electronically. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive instant access via a download link on the confirmation page and by email. No physical shipping is involved.
2. Delivery Timeframe:
Most digital downloads are available immediately after purchase. For pre-orders or scheduled product releases, access will be granted on the release date noted during checkout.
3. Access Instructions:
You can access your downloads directly from the confirmation email or by logging into your customer account (if created at checkout). Please check your spam folder if you don’t see the email right away.

📬 Physical Products
1. Processing Time:
Orders for physical items are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer depending on demand.
2. Shipping Time:
After processing, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days (U.S. only). You’ll receive tracking info via email once your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Providers:
We use trusted carriers like USPS, and UPS to ensure safe and timely delivery. Shipping speed and service may vary based on your location.
4. Address Accuracy:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. ByrdLand Creations is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.
