📥 Digital Products

All digital product sales are final.
Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds or returns once your purchase is complete.

However, we will review requests on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

  • Technical Issues or Product Defects:
    If the file is corrupted, incomplete, or unusable due to a technical error, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will either replace the file or issue a refund if the problem is confirmed to be on our end.

  • Unauthorized Transactions:
    If you suspect that your account was used to make a purchase without your permission, contact us immediately at byrdlandstore@gmail.com. We will investigate and, if necessary, refund the unauthorized purchase.

📦 Physical Products

We accept returns and issue refunds for physical products under these conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product. We’ll work to resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.

  • Incorrect Orders:
    If you received the wrong item, let us know right away. We’ll make it right.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the error was ours.
